YOUTH MUSIC
Our 'Youth Music' program will be running from July 2009 - May 2010. This offers a range of music oppurtunties and audio training for young people of 11-18.
These sessions can also be accessed by organisations that work with young people in South Glousestershire.

STUDIO BASED SONGWRITING
Duration: 4 x 1hr sessions. Monday Evenings
Dates: March / May 2009
Cost: Free for under 18's
Info: A highly creative 4 week program for young people of 11-18 years old. This
program enables young people to work with our music leader and create original music using
the Little Stoke Live Studio.
Young people will be able to record drums, guitar, keyboards and learn how to operate the recording
equipment at Little Stoke Live.
All you need is an interest in music - no previous skills required! We welcome all standards of musician
to this program.

SOUND ENGINEERING LEVEL 1
Duration: 6 x 1hr sessions. Wednesday Evenings

Info: This exciting program enables you to experience and
get to grips with a real-life recording studio. Though
our 6 week programme you will learn about the key aspects

SOUND ENGINEERING LEVEL 2

Info: A more advanced look at sound engineering and how to creativly use the studio
to enhance your music and songwriting. This course will go take a more indepth look into the studio operations,
recording software and recording equipment. To book yourself a place on the next program

2 DAY 'PRO TOOLS' TRAINING

Info: If you are a into music and the recording process this a must for you! This two day course will enable you to learn both the C|24 DAW Mixing Desk and get to grips with how to make the most out of 'Pro Tools' all new Version 8 Music Software. The weekend will cover the main operations of the mixing desk and tackle MIDI, Audio, Compressors and effects tips to enhance you recordings.

Info: Making music at home has never been so affordable. Its also very possible to record professional sounding projects from a home studio thanks to the amazing development of technology and programming. This weekend will allow musicians and buddy sound engineers to pick up invalable experience to enhance your recordings. We are able to offer professional advice on equipment selections depending on your requirements and goals - this course is also a great way to network with other like-minded musicians.
