Our Commitment
Lesson Plans
Kayto Sound tutors deliver workshops via a pre-written lesson plans. These lesson plans provide information on the structure and content of each workshop, which might be useful to your organisation. Please contact if you would like copies of our lesson plans for your records.

1. Invoicing
We will invoice for workshops once a booking has been agreed. Kayto Sound offers a standard 14 day account.

2. Kayto Sound Cancellation
We will only cancel a session due to tutor illness or unforeseen circumstances. We will always liaise with you and where possible will arrange for a replacement tutor. If we cannot source a replacement tutor we will reschedule the workshop.

3a. Customer workshop date changes
More than 14 days notice:
Kayto Sound is happy to reschedule booked workshops free of charge.

Less than 14 days notice:
For workshops cancelled with less than 7 working days notice we will charge a re-booking administration fee of £15.00.

Less than 24hrs notice:
Kayto Sound will charge for the session and no reschedule will be available.

3b. Informing Kayto Sound of a cancellation or date change

Please do not cancel the sessions by contacting our tutors directly. Only use the methods above.

4. Equipment / Space required
We recommend that our workshops be delivered in a dedicated space, we will require a desk and access to two power points. If you have any questions please contact our team.

5. Advice on preparing and delivering a Kayto Sound workshop
We are happy to advise and assist in preparing your young people for a workshop. We are able to offer tips on advertising, group sizes and session evaluations.

6. Kayto Sound Certification
Kayto Sound offer a unique certification program, please contact us for more information:

Certification – Standard Certification £6.00 per student
Advanced Certification - £15.00 per student

If you have booked a program that includes certification we will supply the required certificates for the final workshop.

7. Administration Assistance
Kayto Sound is able to assist with any aspect of project preparation or post workshop evaluations. We are also able to assist with grant applications and project management. This service is charged at £25.00 per hour. We will not undertake any work unless agreed by the customer.
