Music Services for excluded students

There are many students that find academic subjects hard manage, for a wide range of personal and social reasons. Every student listens to music, and a vibrant and engaging music program enables a student to explore his or her own passions which can support their self-esteem and motivation in other subjects.
We have created a bespoke 10-session program that has proven to work time and time again, with some of the most disaffected of students.
Agreed Learning Outcomes
Our program has been constructed around the ASDAN creative modules. On average student will obtain 2 to 3 credits on completing the program. The program can easily be geared for other award programs such as AQA, GCSE and BTEC qualifications.
To supplement the accreditation we have our own Kayto Sound Advanced certification program that generates a detailed person record of achievement for students and awards them with a bronze, silver or gold Kayto Sound certificate.

In the school setting
This program is typically delivered at the customers location. We provide experienced tutors, lesson plans and the program administration.
We encourage customers, if able, to run the first and last sessions at a professional recording studio. This enhances the professional feel of the project and enables students to taste the pride of working in a real life situation. We have a network of great studios that we can arrange to hire for these sessions.
The duration and content of the program can be customised to suit your needs.
Engaging with students thought specialist tuition
All Kayto Sound tutors are CRB checked, insured and trained music tutors. Each of our tutors is active in the music industry and has a specialist subject, which they deliver. This means that our tutors are able to provide the additional dimension of a ‘real life’ industry experience and share their passions with students.
